# Product Introduction
The PanaFlow FLI is a robust and reliable ultrasonic flow measurement system specially designed for monitoring high-flow gas under complex working conditions. The system is available in two configuration options: flow cell (spool-style) and nozzle-only, which can flexibly meet existing or newly added flow requirements.

Final installation requires a fully developed flow profile (typically 20 pipe diameters upstream and 5 pipe diameters downstream), with no CFD analysis needed.
Applications with piping layouts that generate swirl (e.g., two out-of-plane elbows) may require additional straight pipe runs or flow conditioning. CFD simulation with shorter straight pipe sections is available; consult Panametrics for details.
