# Product Introduction
The DigitalFlow XGF868i ultrasonic flowmeter adopts patented Correlation Transit Time™ technology, digital signal processing, and precise molecular weight calculation methods. Combining the inherent advantages of ultrasonic flow measurement — maintenance-free operation, high accuracy, fast response and wide-range measurement — the DigitalFlow XGF868i flowmeter is undoubtedly the ideal choice for flare gas applications.
## Compact Enclosure
All electronic components of the DigitalFlow XGF868i are housed in a compact, cost-effective, explosion-proof/fire-proof transmitter enclosure that can be installed close to the flow measurement point. This greatly simplifies the wiring of the flowmeter.
