Since the 1990s, CONTROLLI has been part of various multinational groups including Invensys Plc, and it served as Schneider Electric's European hub for the design and production of field devices. In August 2011, B. Group SpA together with a team of managers completed a management buyout and acquired the company, making CONTROLLI an independent Italian enterprise once again.
CONTROLLI actuators enable intelligent control for flow modulation without energy waste. Electromechanical actuators are applied to control shut-off valves, with an output force ranging from 200N to 3000N for threaded and flanged control valves. Thermal electric actuators are designed for fan coil valves and distribution manifolds.
