# Product Introduction
The T1000 converter is an electro-pneumatic conversion device that converts analog electrical signals into proportionally output pneumatic pressure signals. Its supply air pressure ranges from 1.27 Bar to 7 Bar, and the analog electrical signals can be mA current signals or 0–1 VDC voltage signals.
## Feature 1
Equipped with a pneumatic flow amplifier in its design, this product achieves a flow rate of up to 12 SCFM (20.16 m³/hr). The allowable supply air pressure ranges from the minimum required output pressure plus 0.21 Bar up to a maximum of 7 Bar.

## Introduction
### Extended T1000 Series
The extended T1000 series delivers a flow rate of up to 40.32 m³/hr at an output pressure of 10.19 Bar. This model features a wide adjustment range, supporting output pressures from approximately 0.212–4.6 Bar to 0.21–10.19 Bar. The maximum allowable supply air source pressure reaches 10.4 BAR, with an air flow capacity of 38 m³/HR. T1000 I/P and E/P converters offer far higher efficiency than conventional converters paired with amplifiers and pilot valves.
### Fast Exhaust T1000
Building on the proven precision, reliability and structural design of the standard T1000, we have developed the fast exhaust T1000 converter. This unit rapidly discharges backpressure without residual backpressure buildup. Its fast exhaust capability makes it ideal for applications requiring rapid cylinder retraction, pneumatic lifting and other scenarios demanding quick gas venting. The maximum input pressure is 7 BAR, the output pressure ranges cover 0.07–1.2 BAR and 0.42–2.11 BAR, and the exhaust flow rate is 11.76 m³/hr.
### Partial Pressure Range Adjustment for Applications
For the model with 4–20 mA input current and 0.21–0.63 BAR output pressure, the output range can be reconfigured to either 0.21–0.63 BAR or 0.63–1.05 BAR to utilize a partial pressure span.
### Installation
The T1000 converter can be mounted at any position via pipe connection, panel mounting or bracket installation. Zero recalibration is required if the mounting angle is non-vertical. For maximum output pressure stability, the T1500 must be installed vertically with no vibration or vibration isolation along the X and Z axes.
### Reverse Control
All T1000 converters are factory-set for forward control. Reverse control requires signal inversion and simultaneous calibration of the positive and negative leads.
